To ensure everyone receives a peaceful, safe and tranquil treatment we request that you turn off mobile phones before entering the salon. We recommend that you leave any jewellery and valuable belongings at home.
SALON INFORMATION
Bookings - Appointments are recommended. Makeup bookings are essential. After hours appointments are available by appointment only.
Arrival Time - Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may do any necessary paperwork and still start your treatment on time.
Late Arrivals - If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to ensure you still receive your treatment. However, your treatment time may be reduced.
Cancellations and rescheduling - We would appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. However, we understand that emergencies do happen and will do our best to assist you with a new appointment time that suits you.
Gift Vouchers - Gift vouchers are available for all treatments all year round. Cancellation of an appointment with a gift voucher with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of 25% of the value of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase.
Payment Methods - We accept eftpos, Master Card, Visa and Amex. We do not accept Diners Club or cheques
Loyalty Discount - This has now changed to: receive 1 point for every $1 spent. Receive a $25 credit for every 250 points, redeemable for treatments only. Effectively gives you a 10% loyalty discount.
